Terms and Conditions,

The platform provides a safe electronic community that assure to the users their rights in order to help the freelancers to find a project or a job that matches their skills and experiences and helps the clients to find a freelancer that match their job requirements. To achieve that, we ask our dear users to be committed to the following terms and conditions. If you are don't agree to any of these please don't proceed in using the platform or creating an account.

This platform describes the terms and conditions which you must accept to create an account and use it:

1.      Before using the platform, you must read the whole Terms and Conditions, the Privacy Policy, and all linked information. You must read and accept all of the terms and Privacy Policy. By accepting this Terms and Conditions, you agree that this Terms and Conditions will apply whenever you use the platform.

2.      The information provided by the user is correct.

The user assures that all the provided information that have been added in the account is completely correct and take all responsibility for any incorrect information that have been added.

3.      User cannot have more than one platform account.

Each user is allowed to have only one account on the platform. Moreover, if the user faces any issue with his/her account he/she must follow up with the platform's support team to solve the issue.

4.      Only one person can use a platform account.

The registered user promises to be the only user of the account and take the whole responsibility for every action done through the account.

5.      All users must be 18 years old or older.

The registered user must be committed that his/her age is 18 years old or older and provide the needed evidence if requested.

6.      User must provide all requested documents for registration.

The user should submit the needed documents during the registration process (for example, the identity card, passport, etc.) to prove the user identity.

7.      Any violation of the terms may result in termination of your account.

The platform has the right to terminate any account for violating the terms of using the platform or cause any harm to the platform or other users. Also, the user with his/her account might be reactivated and might not, based on the volume of the issue. The platform asks the user to sign a pledge to reactivate the account and might ask for any personal documents.'

8.      The username and personal information:

-          The user is committed to write his/her real name in the profile, and this name cannot be editable.

-          Personal picture: the user is committed to post his/her personal real picture and doesn't post a picture of anybody else.

-          The overview must be a short summary including the skills and specialists and don't add any external communication means, or any promotional phrases.

9.      Users may not use the name, brand or claim to be employed by the platform or owner of the platform (AWJ innovation)

The user may not use the brand name of the platform to promote his/her services and ask for any employment's opportunities by name of the platform's owner.

10.  Platform commission and VAT:

If you are a freelancer, please keep in mind that the platform will deduct the commission and VAT from you ' not from the job provider- so, you must take the commission that will be deducted from the paid amount in concern.

11.  Refund the money:

The platform will manage this situation.

12.  Content

You represent and warrant that your content:

1-      will not infringe upon or misappropriate any copyright, patent, trademark, trade secret, or other intellectual property right or proprietary right or right of publicity or privacy of any person.

2-      will not violate any law or regulation.

3-      will not include incomplete, false or inaccurate information about User or any other individual.

4-      The platform is not responsible for any content from any user.

13.  Content dealing:

The platform can delete or hide any content (including offers and jobs) that might be involution of any term of the platform or that might cause any harm to it or its users without returning back to the content provider.

14.  IP:

Whatever IP is owned by the client prior to the contract will remain the property of the client. Whatever IP is owned by the freelancer prior to the contract will remain the property of the freelancer. Any IP created during the contract will be the property of the client unless otherwise mutually agreed.

15.  Geographical range of platform users:

The platform service is restricted for Omani freelancers only, but the job providers could be from anywhere.

16.  Automatic Account Cancellation: in the following situations:

-          The user is using a stolen or non-owned account of payment.

-          Many people use the same account, where the account shall be owned by one person.

-          The freelancer act as a mediator, where he/she receive a job and hire anybody else to do the work - inside or outside the platform-.

-          The user trying to fraud another user.

-          The user causes any harm to other users or the platform.

-          The freelancer escapes the commission platform payment and use an outside process payment.

-          The freelancer or the client insist to contact outside the platform without any need.

-          The freelancer is not completing the work after starting without any valid reason and wasted the job provider's time.

-          The freelancer posts a non-owned job in the portfolio.

-          Apply for a job without having any matched skills or previous experience and deliver a job with no efficiency depending on automated programs to do the job.

-          Impersonation of another user on the platform.

-          Post a non-owned personal photo.

-          Selling the account, after discovering this process, the account will be terminated directly with the earning money, and no one can benefit from it.

-          The same user creates many accounts.

-          Post fake projects or spam.

-          If suspicious transactions occur.
